A-Hub

Terms of Service

Effective: May 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of A-Hub. A-Hub is owned and operated by One 2 One Inc, an Oregon corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). It is two things at once: operations software a salon uses to run its business, and the guest-facing pages that salon points its guests at. By signing in to A-Hub, or by using one of those guest pages, you agree to these terms.

If you are a salon guest — you booked online, you got a text or an email, you tapped a link — the part written for you is For salon guests. Everything after it is about the salon's own employees.

For salon guests

Your agreement is with the salon

The salon is the business you are dealing with. It sets its prices, its services, its schedule, its cancellation policy and its refunds, and it is responsible for the visit itself. One 2 One Inc provides the software the salon runs on. If something about your appointment, your service or your bill needs sorting out, that is between you and the salon.

What these terms cover for you

The guest-facing pages the salon points you at: booking online, texting or chatting with the salon, buying or redeeming a gift card, the survey and preference links in emails, and any page you reach from a link the salon sent you.

Booking, cancelling and no-shows

  • An appointment you book is a request the salon confirms. Times shown are the salon's local times.
  • The salon's cancellation and no-show policy is shown to you in full before you agree to it, including the deadline for changing your appointment and any charge that applies after it. When there is no charge, it says so.
  • If you agreed to that policy and saved a card, the salon may charge that card under the policy you agreed to. Nothing is charged outside it.
  • Give the salon contact details you actually use. A reminder sent to a number you no longer have is still a reminder that was sent.

Texts, emails and recorded calls

  • Appointment messages go to the number or address you gave the salon. Offers and news are separate and need you to sign up for them. Reply STOP to any text to stop the texts, or use the preferences link in any email to choose what you get. The full terms are on the SMS Consent & Opt-In page.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Neither the salon nor A-Hub charges you for messages.
  • If you call the salon and its automated receptionist answers, the call may be recorded, and the greeting tells you so before you speak. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and ask for a person.

Fair use of the guest pages

  • Book for yourself, or for someone you are booking on behalf of. Don't hold appointment slots you do not intend to keep.
  • Don't use automated tools to scrape, load-test or flood the booking pages, the chat or the salon's phone line.
  • Don't use another person's link, code or details. The links in your messages are yours.
  • Booking is for adults. A parent or guardian books on behalf of someone under 18.

Your information

What the salon holds about you, how long it is kept and how to change or stop it is in the guest section of the Privacy Policy.

The rest of this page

The disclaimers, the limitation of liability and the governing law further down apply to your use of these pages as well. The sections in between are about the salon's employees.

Everything below is about employee use of A-Hub.

Service description

A-Hub is a web application for managing internal operations of a service business — typically a salon or spa. Features include employee time tracking, time-off and attendance management, performance review, apprentice-program tracking, and operational notifications via email and SMS. The employee portal described in the sections below is not a consumer service — a guest never has an account on it. The salon's guest-facing pages are covered by For salon guests above.

Eligibility and accounts

A-Hub is for employees, owners, and authorized representatives of businesses that use A-Hub. Your account is created by your employer using contact information they have on file for you. You must be 18 or older to use A-Hub.

Account credentials

  • Keep your password and time-clock PIN confidential. Do not share either with co-workers.
  • Notify your employer immediately if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Use A-Hub only for lawful purposes related to your employment.
  • Don't attempt to access data belonging to other users outside what your role permits.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying source code of A-Hub except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Don't attempt to circumvent permission boundaries, rate limits, or audit logging.
  • Don't use A-Hub to harass, defame, or otherwise harm other users.

Employer (business owner) responsibilities

If you are the business owner or admin using A-Hub, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate employee data, including phone numbers used for SMS notifications.
  • Ensure each employee you add has consented to having their data in A-Hub and to receiving SMS notifications at the phone number you enter. Consent to SMS is captured within A-Hub itself via the Notifications section of each employee's profile; the employee must affirmatively enable SMS before any SMS is sent.
  • Manage role assignments (admin, mentor, stylist, front desk, apprentice) responsibly. Roles control access to other employees' data.
  • Comply with applicable employment, wage, and privacy laws in the jurisdiction(s) where your employees work. A-Hub is a tool; legal compliance is your responsibility.

Employee responsibilities

  • Submit truthful time-clock punches, daily log entries, and attendance information.
  • Notify your employer when your data contains errors (wrong phone number, miscategorized callout, missing punches, etc.).
  • Don't share your account with anyone else, including co-workers.

SMS terms

A-Hub SMS is opt-in. By enabling SMS notifications in the Notifications section of your A-Hub profile, you affirmatively consent to receive operational SMS messages from A-Hub. Continued use of A-Hub does not by itself constitute SMS consent.

  • Program: A-Hub operational notifications. SMS messages cover time-clock alerts, time-off and sick-request updates, and other employer-driven operational notifications related to your job.
  • Frequency: Variable, event-driven. Typically a few messages per month per recipient. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for incoming SMS depending on your plan. We do not charge for messages.
  • HELP keyword: Reply HELP to any A-Hub SMS to receive an auto-reply with the link to our policies and the support contact below.
  • STOP keyword: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Opt-out is honored immediately and is permanent until you re-opt-in via your profile. You will receive a single confirmation message after STOP, then no further A-Hub SMS.
  • Opt-out does not end employment communication. Opting out of A-Hub SMS only stops SMS sent through A-Hub. Your employer can still contact you via other channels for work-related matters.
  • Phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
  • Support: support@a-hub.app
  • Mailing address: One 2 One Inc · 330 SW Powerhouse Dr Ste 130 · Bend, OR 97702

Termination

  • Your employer can deactivate your account at any time. When your employment ends, your access to A-Hub ends.
  • Data associated with your account is retained per the Privacy Policy after termination.
  • We may suspend access for violation of these terms.

Disclaimers

A-Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Time-clock data, performance metrics, payroll calculations, and other outputs are provided for operational use; your employer is responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on any output for legal or financial decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of A-Hub will not exceed the fees your employer paid for A-Hub during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold One 2 One Inc harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of A-Hub, or your violation of applicable law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via in-app announcements; continued use of A-Hub after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
